2026年1月22日至23日，北京中銀（深圳）律師事務(wù)所權(quán)益合伙人譚岳奇律師出席第8屆GLA年度仲裁與訴訟峰會(8th GLA Annual Arbitration & Litigation Summit 2026)，并作為嘉賓之一發(fā)表英文演講。

From January 22 to January 23, 2026, Tan Yueqi(Vincent), Equity Partner of Beijing Zhongyin (Shenzhen) Law Firm, attended the 8th GLA Annual Arbitration & Litigation Summit 2026 as a speaker and delivered a keynote speech in English.

此次峰會是國際仲裁界一次高水平專業(yè)交流。譚岳奇律師圍繞“中國仲裁法的修改以及國際仲裁規(guī)則在中國的實施” 這一主題，向法律界分享中國仲裁制度的最新發(fā)展。在發(fā)言中，譚岳奇律師首先重點探討仲裁法在涉外仲裁制度方面的重大創(chuàng)新，包括增設(shè)的“仲裁地”制度，保全程序，臨時仲裁等內(nèi)容。隨后就國際仲裁規(guī)則在中國引入以后，實施情況做了兩方面的介紹：一方面介紹了部分仲裁規(guī)則得到了較好的實施和應(yīng)用，比如以《承認及執(zhí)行外國仲裁裁決公約》（簡稱“紐約公約”）所確立的形式審查或程序?qū)彶橐殉蔀橹袊鴩鴥?nèi)對仲裁進行司法審查的基本制度；另一方面，有些規(guī)則引入以后面臨實施困難，比如緊急仲裁程序和臨時措施。主要是因為我國相關(guān)法律制度，比如中國《民事訴訟法》里面沒有引入配套的法律程序。最后，譚岳奇律師表達了對中國商事仲裁發(fā)展的前景看法以及可能面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。

This summit served as a high-level professional exchange within the international arbitration community. Tan Yueqi(Vincent) focused on the theme “Amendments to China’s Arbitration Law and the Implementation of International Arbitration Rules in China,” sharing the latest developments in China’s arbitration system with the legal profession. In his speech, Tan Yueqi(Vincent) first focused on significant innovations in the China Arbitration Law regarding foreign-related arbitration systems, including the newly added “seat of arbitration” system, preservation procedures, and ad hoc arbitration. He then provided a two-part overview of the implementation of international arbitration rules after their introduction in China: on one hand, certain arbitration rules have been effectively implemented and applied, such as the formal or procedural review established by the United Nations Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards(“New York Convention”), which has become a fundamental system for judicial review of arbitration in China; on the other hand, some rules have faced implementation challenges after their introduction, such as emergency arbitration procedures and interim measures. This is primarily due to the absence of corresponding legal procedures in China’s relevant legal systems, such as the Civil Procedure Law. Finally, Tan Yueqi(Vincent) shared his perspectives on the future development prospects and potential challenges for commercial arbitration in China .

He serves as an arbitrator for numerous prestigious arbitration institutions, including the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC),the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), the Asia-Pacific International Arbitration Chamber (APIAC),the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the China Maritime Arbitration Commission(CMAC), the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), and the Wuhan Arbitration Commission.

On the eve of the implementation of China's new Arbitration Law, Tan's speech garnered significant interest among attendees regarding China's arbitration law reform. His presentation aided the international legal community in gaining a more comprehensive understanding of the modernization of China's arbitration system . China is poised to become a preferred destination for international commercial arbitration globally. With the implementation of the new Arbitration Law, the international competitiveness and influence of Chinese arbitration are expected to be further enhanced, injecting new vitality into the international commercial dispute resolution system.
