2025年8月1日下午，知名離岸法律事務(wù)所凱瑞奧信（Carey Olsen）的合伙人Tim Haynes律師、資深顧問律師黃姍姍、趙曦侖到訪北京中銀（深圳）律師事務(wù)所，與本所律師進(jìn)行深入交流。此次交流會由福田區(qū)律工委涉外商事法律研究中心主辦，北京中銀（深圳）律師事務(wù)所承辦，旨在探討跨境法律合作與離岸法律服務(wù)的最新趨勢。
福田區(qū)律工委涉外商事法律研究中心召集人、中銀深圳權(quán)益合伙人譚岳奇律師為本次會議主持人，涉外商事法律研究中心成員、廣和律師事務(wù)所潘效輝律師、中銀深圳權(quán)益合伙人朱耀龍律師、粟靜律師、張逸雯律師及王雯茜律師助理現(xiàn)場參加。此次交流旨在推動雙方在國際法律事務(wù)中的深度合作，并重點(diǎn)討論了以下議題：
1. 離岸法律服務(wù)：深入探討英屬維爾京群島（BVI）、開曼群島和百慕大等離岸法域的法律服務(wù)，特別是跨境爭議解決和破產(chǎn)重組業(yè)務(wù)。
2. 具體法律實(shí)務(wù)：分享投資回購、離岸法律查明、資產(chǎn)追蹤追回、股東管理權(quán)糾紛、基金與投資者糾紛、判決裁決的承認(rèn)與執(zhí)行以及信托糾紛等領(lǐng)域的實(shí)務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3. 跨境合作：探討中外律師在跨境業(yè)務(wù)中的合作空間與渠道，以期建立更緊密的合作關(guān)系。
本次交流會是深圳律師與香港律師的在業(yè)務(wù)上的深入交流，有利于提升中銀深圳在涉外法律服務(wù)領(lǐng)域的專業(yè)實(shí)力，并成功拓展了深圳律所與國際專業(yè)化律所的合作渠道。通過與凱瑞奧信律所的深入交流，中銀深圳成功構(gòu)建了一個互信互利的合作平臺，未來能夠更好地整合國際法律資源，為客戶提供更全面、高效的跨境法律解決方案。此次合作的深化，將有效助力中銀律所在全球市場中持續(xù)增強(qiáng)競爭優(yōu)勢，為客戶的海外發(fā)展保駕護(hù)航。
Zhongyin Lawyers’ Exchange Meeting with Carey Olsen Law Firm
On August 1, 2025, a delegation from the esteemed offshore law firm Carey Olsen—comprising Partner Tim Haynes, Senior Associate Shanshan Huang, and Xilun Zhao—visited Beijing Zhongyin (Shenzhen) Law Firm. The purpose of the visit was to engage in a comprehensive professional exchange. This event was sponsored by the Futian District Lawyers' Working Committee's Foreign Commercial Law Research Center and hosted by Beijing Zhongyin (Shenzhen) Law Firm. The central aim was to discuss emerging trends in cross-border legal collaboration and offshore legal services.
The meeting was moderated by Yueqi(Vincent) Tan, an equity partner at Beijing Zhongyin (Shenzhen) Law Firm and convener of the Futian District Lawyers' Working Committee's Foreign Commercial Law Research Center. Members of the Foreign-Related Commercial Law Research Center in attendance included Xiaohui Pan of Guanghe Law Firm, as well as Yaolong Zhu, Jing Su, Yiwen Zhang and legal assistant Wenxi Wang of Zhongyin Shenzhen Branch. The exchange focused on fostering deeper cooperation in international legal matters and centered on the following key discussion points:
1.Offshore Legal Services:An in-depth discussion on legal services within offshore jurisdictions, including the British Virgin Islands (BVI), the Cayman Islands, and Bermuda. The conversation particularly emphasized cross-border dispute resolution, restructuring, and insolvency practices.
2.Specific Legal Practice:The sharing of practical experience in areas such as investment buybacks, ascertainment of offshore laws, asset tracing and recovery, shareholder control disputes, fund and investor disputes, the recognition and enforcement of judgments and awards, and trust-related litigation.
3.Cross-Border Collaboration:A forward-looking exploration of opportunities and channels for cooperation between Chinese and international law firms, to establish a closer cooperative relationship.
This exchange represents a significant milestone in the ongoing collaboration between Shenzhen and Hong Kong legal professionals. It is beneficial to enhance the international practice capabilities of Beijing Zhongyin (Shenzhen) Law Firm and also successfully expanded Shenzhen law firms’ network of cooperation with specialized international law firms. By engaging in this productive dialogue with Carey Olsen, Zhongyin Shenzhen has established a platform built on mutual trust and shared benefit. This positions the firm to better leverage international legal resources and deliver more comprehensive and efficient cross-border legal solutions to its clients, thereby strengthening its competitive edge in the global market and safeguarding clients' overseas business interests.
