2025年2月25日，北京中銀（深圳）律師事務(wù)所權(quán)益合伙人譚岳奇律師正式當(dāng)選為中國海事仲裁委員會（以下簡稱“中國海仲”）仲裁員。
譚岳奇律師為武漢大學(xué)法學(xué)博士、中國人民大學(xué)法學(xué)院法律碩士實務(wù)導(dǎo)師、聯(lián)合國國際貿(mào)易法委員會觀察員、中國國際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易仲裁委員會（CIETAC）仲裁員、深圳國際仲裁院（SCIA）仲裁員、俄羅斯仲裁中心（RAC）外籍仲裁員、武漢仲裁委員會（WHAC）仲裁員、英國皇家特許仲裁員協(xié)會高級會員（FCIArb）、香港律師協(xié)會認(rèn)證涉外律師、中國國際私法學(xué)會理事。譚岳奇律師在涉外訴訟與仲裁領(lǐng)域擁有深厚的理論功底和豐富的實踐經(jīng)驗。此次當(dāng)選是對譚岳奇律師在海事海商領(lǐng)域卓越專業(yè)能力的充分肯定，同時也進(jìn)一步彰顯中銀律所在涉外業(yè)務(wù)以及涉外人才儲備方面的影響力。
中國海仲（CMAC）是根據(jù)中華人民共和國國務(wù)院1958年11月21日決定，于1959年1月22日在中國國際貿(mào)易促進(jìn)委員會（中國國際商會）內(nèi)設(shè)立的，唯一以解決海事海商、交通物流爭議為特色并涵蓋其他所有商事爭議的全國性、國際化仲裁機(jī)構(gòu)。
中國海仲位于北京，設(shè)有上?？偛?，在天津、重慶、廣州、舟山、?？?、大連、青島、廈門設(shè)有分會/仲裁中心，在香港特別行政區(qū)設(shè)有香港仲裁中心，在寧波、南寧等國內(nèi)主要港口城市設(shè)有辦事處。為滿足行業(yè)仲裁和多元化服務(wù)需要，中國海仲下設(shè)航空爭議仲裁中心、計量爭議仲裁中心、建設(shè)工程爭議仲裁中心、海事調(diào)解中心、航空爭議調(diào)解中心、救助打撈爭議調(diào)解中心、物流爭議解決中心、漁業(yè)爭議解決中心等業(yè)務(wù)中心。
Tan Yueqi(Vincent) Elected as an Arbitrator of China Maritime Arbitration Commission
On February 25, 2025, Tan Yueqi(Vincent), equity partner of Beijing Zhongyin (Shenzhen) Law Firm, is officially elected as an arbitrator of the China Maritime Arbitration Commission (“CMAC”).
Tan Yueqi(Vincent) graduated from Wuhan University with a Phd degree. He is a practical tutor for LLM of Law School of Renmin University of China and also an observer of UNCITRAL. He is listed on panel of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission(CIETAC), Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration(SCIA), Russian Arbitration Center(RAC) and Wuhan Arbitration Centre(WHAC). In addition, he is Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), Registered Foreign Lawyer in the Law Society of Hong Kong and a council member of China Society of Private International Law. He possesses profound theoretical knowledge and extensive practical experience in the field of foreign-related litigation and arbitration. His election is a full confirmation of his outstanding professional capabilities in the maritime and commercial fields, and it further highlights the influence of Zhongyin Law Firm in foreign-related business and talent reserves.
China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC), established within the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (China Chamber of International Commerce) on 22 January 1959 in accordance with the Decision made by the State Council of the People’s Republic of China on 21 November 1958, is a permanent international arbitration institution which is featured by resolving admiralty, maritime, transport, logistics-related disputes and other commercial disputes agreed by parties.
CMAC has its two headquarters respectively in Beijing/Shanghai and sub-commissions in Tianjin, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Xiamen, Zhoushan, Haikou, Dalian and Qingdao, Arbitration Center in Hong Kong SAR and liaison offices in major Chinese coastal cities such as, Ningbo, Guangzhou and Nanning. To provide professional ADR services for specific business sectors, CMAC established the Aviation Dispute Arbitration Center, the Measurement Dispute Arbitration Center, the Construction Dispute Arbitration Center, the Maritime Mediation Center, the Aviation Dispute Mediation Center, the Salvage Disputes Mediation Center, the Logistics Dispute Resolution Center，and the Fishery Dispute Resolution Center, etc.
