Mr. Yueqi(Vincent) Tan Has Become an Arbitrator of Russian Arbitration Center

On 20 May 2024, Mr. Yueqi(Vincent) Tan, a senior partner of Beijing Zhongyin (Shenzhen) Law Firm, was included in the RAC International Arbitration Database and he becomes an arbitrator in Russia Arbitration Center(RAC).

Mr. Yueqi(Vincent) Tan studied at the Law School of Southwest University of Political Science and Law and Wuhan University, and went to the Hague Academy of International Law in the Netherlands for further studies, obtaining his PhD in 2002. Since his practice, Mr. Tan has been deeply engaged in international business for many years, and is a registered arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), a registered arbitrator of Shenzhen International Arbitration Court (SIAC), a registered arbitrator of Wuhan Arbitration Commission, a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), a registered foreign lawyer in the Law Society of Hong Kong. Mr. Tan has rich theoretical background and practical experience in dispute resolution in the fields of international trade, cross-border equity transactions and international engineering contract disputes.
